Consultation Cancellation

 

Users may request cancellation before the scheduled consultation time. Approval of cancellation requests shall be at our sole discretion.

 

Rescheduling

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability and prior notice.

 

Refund Policy

 

Due to the personalized nature of astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, Nadi readings, pujas, homams, and spiritual services:

• Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable.
• Fees paid for personalized reports, readings, remedies, pujas, and homams are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• No refund shall be provided for dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations regarding predictions or outcomes.

 

Duplicate Transactions

In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted but the service booking is not confirmed, users should contact support. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
